Browsing and purchasing from N21 is permitted solely for personal, non-commercial use. Misuse, interference with site operation or access by any means other than the provided interface is prohibited.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are in Euros (€) and include 24% VAT for EU orders. We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of a pricing error or unavailability, with a full refund.

Under Law 4177/2013 (Art. 3ζ) and Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason. See our returns policy for how to exercise this right.

All content — images, text, graphics and designs — is the property of N21 and is protected under Greek and international copyright law. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

N21 is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or its products, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

These terms are governed by Greek law. Any disputes shall be referred to the Courts of Samos. For out-of-court dispute resolution you may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
