Refunds & Returns

Under Law 4177/2013 and Directive 2011/83/EU, you have a right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without providing a reason. Items must be returned unworn, unaltered, with all tags and original packaging intact.

Contact us at info@n21.gr or +30 22730 87617, quoting your order number and the items you wish to return. We will send you return instructions via ACS Courier. Return costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Once the item is received and inspected, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

In the case of a defective product or shipping error, we cover all return and replacement costs in full, or issue a full refund. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the defect.

Returns are not accepted for: final sale items, underwear, personalised pieces, and items that have been worn or washed. These are clearly indicated at the time of purchase.
